Purchases Overview

The Purchases page shows every purchase received across all your funnels.

What You'll See

• Product - What they bought, with its type underneath. An order bump bought in the same checkout is shown in the same row as the main product.
• Funnel - Which funnel it came through
• Contact - Who made the purchase
• Created At - When the sale was recorded
• Amount - Purchase value

Filtering

Search by product name or by the contact's name or email. Use the All Funnels filter to show one funnel and the All Types filter to show one product type. The newest purchases are listed first. There is no date filter on this page.

Search looks through the 1,000 most recent purchases that match your filters. To find an older sale, search for the buyer in Contacts and open their page.

Missing a Sale?

Click Missing a sale? See what your checkout sent at the top of the page. It opens Logs → Webhooks, which shows what your checkout sent and why it did or did not become a purchase. See Purchases Not Appearing for more help.

If you use GoHighLevel and sales come in from a GoHighLevel funnel you have not added to RapidMetrics yet, a banner at the top of the page shows how many. Click the banner to see those funnels. Click Add Funnel next to one to open Funnels, then click New Funnel to add it.
