Purchase Detail View

Click any purchase to open its detail page with full transaction context.

What You'll See

• Purchase amount and product type
• Product purchased (click it to open the product)
• Funnel the purchase came through (click it to open the funnel)
• Source - the checkout the sale came from, for example ClickFunnels, Systeme.io or ThriveCart, or Manual for a sale you added yourself
• Date the sale was recorded
• Event ID - a unique reference for the sale (not shown for sales you added yourself)
• Linked contact, with a View Contact Profile button that opens their full journey

When several items were bought in the same checkout, such as a frontend product and its order bump, the page shows the whole order: each item with its type and amount, and the order total.

Traffic source (UTMs), visits and Facebook events are not shown here. Click View Contact Profile to see them on the contact's page.

To delete a purchase, click the trash icon at the top, tick the box and click Delete. When the page shows a whole order, this deletes only the item you opened (from the Purchases list, that is the frontend product). Its order bump stays.
