Syncing Products from GHL

Import your GoHighLevel product catalog directly into RapidMetrics. A GoHighLevel sale of a product that is not in your Products list shows as "(Unknown)" and counts as Frontend, so sync again whenever you add a product in GoHighLevel.

Steps

Confirm GoHighLevel is connected under Integrations.
Go to Integrations → GoHighLevel → Manage.
Click Sync Products.

A summary shows products created, updated, or flagged with warnings.

💡 New products from a sync start as Frontend. After syncing, go to Products and set the correct product type for each upsell, downsell, order bump and backend product. A sync updates the name and price of products you already have and keeps their type.
