Managing Product Mappings

Edit any product's name and type directly in the dashboard.

Editing a Product

1. Go to Products and click the pencil icon on a product row.
2. Update the Name and/or Type.
3. Click Save.

When you change the type, that product's past sales move to the new type too, so your funnel reports update. To change the price, content ID or GoHighLevel IDs, click the product to open it and use the pencil icon there.

Deleting a Product

Click the trash icon, tick I understand that this action is permanent and click Confirm. Only a product with no sales can be deleted. A product that already has sales is kept: the page may say it was deleted, but it comes back when you reload.
