Pixel Events Log
The Pixel Events log shows every event RapidMetrics sends to Facebook (page views, leads, sales and more), and whether it went through. To open it, click your profile icon (top right) → Logs → Pixel Events.
What You'll See
- Event: Purchase (with its amount), Lead, PageView, etc.
- Funnel: which funnel the event came from
- Contact: the person's name and email, when known. Click it to open the contact.
- Delivery: Browser (sent by the pixel on your page), CAPI (sent from our server), or both
- Sent At: when the event was sent
- Status: Sent, Blocked (an ad blocker stopped the browser pixel; waiting for CAPI), Pending, Failed or Disabled. Hover over a status to see what it means.
Debugging
If a purchase shows Failed, hover over the status to see why. A missing or invalid CAPI token is a common cause: test it under Integrations → Facebook CAPI → Manage → Test.
If an event shows Sent but, a few minutes later, its Delivery column still shows only Browser, our server copy was not sent. This usually means this workspace has no CAPI token for that pixel (you may also see a Browser only note under the status). Add one under Integrations → Facebook CAPI → Manage.
If a purchase appears in RapidMetrics but not in Pixel Events at all, open Funnels, click the Edit (pencil) icon on that funnel and check that the right pixel is selected under Pixel ID(s). Free ($0) orders are never sent to Facebook, so they do not appear here.
