Tracking Code Not Working

If visits aren't showing up after installing the tracking script, check the following. Visits show as Sessions, Pageviews and Unique Visitors when you open your funnel under Funnels. If the funnel has a Facebook pixel, they also show as PageView events under your profile icon (top right) → Logs → Pixel Events. A visitor only appears in Contacts once they enter their email or buy.

1. Script Not Loading

Right-click your page → View Page Source → search for rapidmetrics. If missing, re-paste the script in the correct location for your platform.

2. Wrong Placement

The script must be on every page of your funnel, pasted where the Get Script dialog says for your platform. That is not always the <head>: GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels Classic use the body tracking code. If it's only on one page, other pages won't track.

3. Ad Blocker Interference

Test in an incognito window without extensions. Ad blockers can prevent the script from firing.

4. Wrong Funnel ID

The script is specific to each funnel. Make sure you copied it from the correct funnel's Get Script dialog.

5. Facebook Pixel Conflict

Remove any existing Meta Pixel snippet - the RapidMetrics script already includes it.
