Systeme.io Automation Troubleshooting

Common Systeme.io automation rule issues that prevent data from arriving.

1. Wrong Trigger

For purchases use New sale. For opt-ins use Funnel step form subscribed.

2. Rule Not Active

Go to Settings → Automation Rules and confirm the rule shows as Active.

3. Wrong Webhook URL

Re-copy the webhook URL from Funnels → Get Script and paste it fresh. A single wrong character causes all deliveries to fail.

4. Rule Scope

A rule limited to one Systeme.io funnel only sends that funnel's sales. A global rule sends the sales of all your Systeme.io funnels, and RapidMetrics credits every sale that reaches a funnel's webhook URL to that one funnel. If you track several Systeme.io funnels, create a funnel in RapidMetrics for each one and give each its own rule, limited to its Systeme.io funnel.
