Funnel Setup for GoHighLevel

When you connect GoHighLevel and create a GHL funnel, webhooks are configured automatically.

Prerequisites

• GoHighLevel connected under Integrations → GoHighLevel
• A funnel created with platform set to GoHighLevel, with your GoHighLevel funnel picked in the GoHighLevel Funnel field. Orders are matched to your RapidMetrics funnel by that choice.

How It Works

Once GoHighLevel is connected, it automatically sends RapidMetrics your new contacts, your new orders and changes to an order's status (for example a payment or a refund). There is no webhook URL to copy or paste.

Steps

1. In Integrations, check that the GoHighLevel row shows Manage (not Connect).
2. Install the tracking script on your GHL funnel pages.
3. Run a test purchase - the contact and purchase should appear in RapidMetrics within seconds.

Syncing Products

Go to Integrations → GoHighLevel → Manage → Sync Products to import your GHL product catalog into RapidMetrics.
