Funnel Setup for ClickFunnels v2

To track purchases from ClickFunnels v2.0, install the tracking script and add a webhook in your workspace settings.

Step 1 - Get Your Script and Webhook URL

1. Go to Funnels and click the code icon on your ClickFunnels v2.0 funnel.
2. Copy the Tracking Script and the Webhook URL with their Copy buttons. Always copy the URL from here: on newer funnels it ends in a private key, so never shorten it, type it by hand or share it. A shortened URL does not receive your sales.

When you create the funnel in RapidMetrics, enter the public ID of your ClickFunnels funnel in ClickFunnels Public ID(s) (comma-separated if you track several). Orders from ClickFunnels funnels that are not listed there are not added to this funnel.

Step 2 - Install the Tracking Script

1. In ClickFunnels v2.0, open your page editor → Page Settings → Settings → Head.
2. Paste the tracking script and save. Repeat for every page in the funnel.

Step 3 - Add the Webhook

1. In ClickFunnels v2.0, go to Workspace Settings → Webhooks → Add Endpoint.
2. Paste the whole Webhook URL and select events: contact.created, contact.updated, order.created, order.updated.
3. Save.
