Contacts Overview

A contact is created when someone enters their email on a page with your tracking code, when a sale or a new lead comes in from your funnel platform (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io or ThriveCart) or the custom webhook, or when you add one yourself with Add Contact.

What You'll See

• Contact - Name and email
• Purchases - How many purchases they made
• Last Purchase At - Date of their latest purchase
• LTV - Lifetime value across all products
• Actions - Delete the contact. This also deletes their purchases, visits and pixel events.

Searching

Use the search bar to find contacts by name or email. This page has no funnel filter. To see who bought from one funnel, open Purchases and pick the funnel in the All Funnels filter.
