Connecting GoHighLevel

Connecting GoHighLevel lets RapidMetrics receive real-time purchase and lead events from your GHL sub-account via webhooks.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar. On the Platforms tab, click Connect on the GoHighLevel row.
  2. Authorize the connection on GoHighLevel and select your sub-account (location).
  3. You'll be redirected back to the dashboard - GHL is now connected.
💡 You can only connect one sub-account per workspace. Create a separate workspace for each GHL location.

After Connecting

Click Manage on the GoHighLevel row to see your Location ID, connection date, token status, and the Sync Products button.

Disconnecting

Click Manage → Disconnect, tick I understand that this action is permanent and click Confirm. Existing data is not deleted.
