Managing Your Subscription

Manage your subscription in the Stripe billing portal, which you open from RapidMetrics.

Accessing Billing

1. Click your profile icon (top right) → Manage Billing.
2. The Stripe billing portal opens in a new tab.

Only the workspace owner sees Manage Billing. Workspaces on a lifetime plan don't have it.

Cancelling

In the Stripe portal, click Cancel Subscription. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, or the end of your free trial. After that, you can no longer open it, and RapidMetrics stops recording its visits and sales. Cancelling doesn't delete your data. To come back, email [email protected].
