Funnel Setup for Systeme.io

Systeme.io uses automation rules to send webhook events. Set up separate rules for purchases and opt-ins.

Step 1 - Get Your Script and Webhook URL

1. Go to Funnels and click the code icon on your Systeme.io funnel.
2. Copy the Tracking Script and Webhook URL with their Copy buttons. Always copy the URL from here: on newer funnels it ends in a private key, so never shorten it, type it by hand or share it. A shortened URL does not receive your sales.

Step 2 - Install the Tracking Script

1. Open each funnel step → Settings → Tracking → Header Code.
2. Paste the script and save. Repeat for every step.

Step 3 - Create Automation Rules

Purchase tracking:

1. Settings → Automation Rules → Add Rule
2. Trigger: New sale · Action: Send webhook → paste URL

Lead tracking:

1. Settings → Automation Rules → Add Rule
2. Trigger: Funnel step form subscribed · Action: Send webhook → paste URL
