Editing Your Profile

Update your name, email address and password.

Steps

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Edit Profile.
3. Under Personal Information, change your Full Name or Email Address and click Save Profile.

Changing Your Password

On the same page, under Change Password, enter your Current Password, then your new password in New Password and Confirm New Password. It must be at least 8 characters. Click Change Password.

Changing your password also disconnects every AI app you connected to RapidMetrics, in every workspace. You can connect them again afterwards.

Forgot your current password? Log out and click Forgot password? on the login page to get a reset link by email.
